By accessing or using Satori, you agree to these Terms.
Satori provides environmental monitoring, forecasts, and notifications designed to help families plan around air and weather conditions. Satori provides informational updates and is not a medical service.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You may create a profile for a minor child for whom you are a parent/guardian or authorized caregiver.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your account and devices.
If you opt into SMS:

Message Types: Environmental forecasts, environmental alerts, account reminders, and service notices
Message Frequency: Up to 10 messages per month (may vary based on conditions and account activity)

Users opt in at https://beyondintelligence.ai/signup by checking an unchecked checkbox prior to any SMS being sent. Consent is explicit, informed, and not pre-checked.
Price: $20/month
Trial: 14-day trial (if offered during signup)
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access and monitoring may continue until the end of your current paid period, unless stated otherwise in-app.

If you believe you were billed in error, contact support@beyondintelligence.ai and we will review promptly.
Refund decisions may depend on account history and usage, and may be granted at our discretion where permitted by law.
(If you want a more aggressive “7-day money-back guarantee,” say so and I’ll rewrite this—but don’t promise what ops won’t honor.)
If you enroll through a pediatric center program link, your account may be associated with that center for program administration. Billing arrangements may differ under center enrollment.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with system operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Satori provides informational environmental updates only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Intelligence Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed amounts you paid for the service in the period determined by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
