Message frequency may vary depending on environmental conditions and user settings. Users may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by following the instructions provided, including replying STOP.

Satori is an informational tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care. Users should consult a qualified healthcare provider with any medical questions or concerns.

Beyond Intelligence Inc. may update, modify, or improve the Satori service from time to time to enhance functionality, accuracy, or user experience.

If you enroll in Satori through a participating pediatric center, the service may be offered as part of your child's care experience. In such cases, your pediatric center remains responsible for clinical care, guidance, and medical decisions. Satori operates as an environmental intelligence platform that supports your pediatric care team by providing environmental data, alerts, and insights. Satori does not provide medical care or act as a healthcare provider.

Satori is intended for use only by individuals who are at least 18 years old and who are the parent or legal guardian of a child for whom they are managing environmental information. By creating an account or using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Children are not permitted to create accounts or use Satori directly. All information relating to a child must be provided by the child's parent or legal guardian, who is solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of that information. The parent or legal guardian retains full control over the account and any data associated with their child.

By using Satori, you agree that you are acting in your capacity as a parent or legal guardian and that you have the legal authority to provide information about the child associated with your account.

If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you may not use the service. Beyond Intelligence Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not comply with these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use reasonable care to protect your login information and to notify Beyond Intelligence Inc. promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide, including information about your child, is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Satori relies on the information you provide to generate environmental insights and alerts, and inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the relevance or usefulness of the service.

You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose, which is to support environmental awareness for your child. You may not share your account with others in a way that compromises the security or integrity of the service.

You are responsible for reviewing alerts, notifications, and account settings, including SMS preferences, and for making any necessary updates. You may opt in or opt out of Satori SMS alerts at any time by following the instructions provided, including replying STOP to discontinue messages.

Beyond Intelligence Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these responsibilities.

Satori is an informational service only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information, alerts, and insights provided through the service are based on environmental data and user-provided information and are intended solely to support general awareness of environmental conditions.

Nothing in Satori should be interpreted as medical guidance or as a recommendation regarding any specific medical condition, treatment, medication, or health decision. Satori does not establish a doctor-patient relationship, and Beyond Intelligence Inc. is not a healthcare provider.

Satori is not an emergency service and is not designed to provide real-time medical or safety monitoring. Alerts and notifications may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable due to factors such as data limitations, system performance, or connectivity issues. You should not rely on Satori for urgent or time-sensitive situations.

If your child is experiencing a medical emergency or severe symptoms, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately, or seek care from a qualified healthcare provider.

By using Satori, you acknowledge that the service is intended only for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for emergency response systems or professional medical care.

Satori is offered on a subscription basis. By enrolling in a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable monthly subscription fees associated with your account. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless and until you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at support@beyondintelligence.ai. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the service until that time.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Beyond Intelligence Inc. reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If pricing changes, we will provide reasonable notice, and the updated pricing will apply to future billing periods.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of your access to the service.

Beyond Intelligence Inc. may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time. Any such offers will be subject to additional terms presented at the time of enrollment.

We may use third-party payment processors to process payments.

Satori collects and uses information provided by you, including parent account details and information about your child, as well as environmental location data and system usage data, to operate and improve the service. This information is used to generate environmental insights, personalize alerts, and enhance the overall user experience.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use your data solely to provide the Satori service, improve its functionality, and communicate with you regarding your account and service-related updates.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. While no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we take appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

You retain control over your data. You may request access to your information, updates to your information, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@beyondintelligence.ai or by using available account tools. Upon verified request, we will take reasonable steps to fulfill your request in accordance with applicable law.

You agree to use Satori only for its intended purpose of supporting environmental awareness for your child and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service in any way that could harm the integrity, security, or availability of the platform.

You agree not to: (i) use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose; (ii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, accounts, or systems; (iii) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service, including through the use of automated systems, bots, or excessive requests; (iv) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying code or algorithms of the service; or (v) use the service to transmit harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.

You may not use Satori in any manner that misrepresents its purpose, including presenting it as a medical or diagnostic tool or using it in connection with providing medical or healthcare services to others.

Beyond Intelligence Inc. reserves the right to monitor usage for the purpose of maintaining the security and integrity of the service and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may stop using Satori at any time and may cancel your subscription in accordance with the Subscription and Billing section. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated.

Beyond Intelligence Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, used the service in a manner that could harm the platform or other users, or if required to do so by law.

We also reserve the right to discontinue or modify the service, in whole or in part, at any time. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice where practicable.

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@beyondintelligence.ai or using available account tools, and we will process such requests in accordance with applicable law.

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including limitation of liability and dispute resolution provisions, will continue to apply.

Beyond Intelligence Inc. will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or telecommunications failures, or third-party service disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond Intelligence Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Satori service.

Satori is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and useful environmental information, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate at all times. Environmental data may be incomplete, delayed, or subject to change, and alerts may not capture all relevant conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Beyond Intelligence Inc. for any claims arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total amount you have paid to us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You acknowledge and agree that you use the service at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided by Satori.

Satori is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and your use of the Satori service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact Beyond Intelligence Inc. at support@beyondintelligence.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including those that may apply based on your place of residence.

Beyond Intelligence Inc. may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Satori service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by updating the effective date of these Terms or by notifying you through the service.

Your continued use of Satori after any updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and may cancel your subscription at any time.
